  • Northern Health Connections Annual Report 2018/2019

    Northern Health Connections Annual report includes a summary of 2019 as well as the plan for 2020. It also includes our ridership statistics and an analytical overview of the program.

  • Northern Health Connections modified holiday schedule

    On December 17th the NH Connections buses will begin their last routes for 2019. All routes will be operational as of January 7th, 2020.

    Since its inception in 2006, Northern Health (NH) Connections has had tons of great customers. This past year (2018), we served 15,158 riders, an increase of 15% from 2017!

  • New bus stop compliments Northern Health bus service

    Residents of Quesnel travelling on the Northern Health Connections bus are now able to keep out of the elements thanks to a partnership between the Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation and the Cariboo Chilcotin Regional Hospital District (CCRHD).

  • Spotlight on our drivers: Ron Kell

    Ron started his driving profession as a school bus driver in October 2003. He decided to join the Northern Health Connections team because he felt it would be both rewarding and challenging, and was accepted into the program in July 2006.

    One of the challenges of delivering health care in Northern BC is the distance that separates us. We love our nature, our wilderness, and our room to breathe, but this lifestyle also means being hours from neighbouring communities and their services.

  • Spotlight on our drivers: Neil Taylor

    Neil joined the Northern Health Connections family in its final startup stages in August 2006 after retiring from the RCMP. Since then, Neil has been a long haul driver and travels approximately 120,000 km per year!
